Unleashing the power of technology for your business.
Cloud Backup #mainware

In today’s digital age, ensuring the safety and accessibility of your business data is paramount. Cloud backup solutions offer several advantages that can significantly benefit your business:

  1. Data Security: Cloud backups provide robust security measures, including encryption and secure data centers, ensuring your data is protected from threats like theft, natural disasters, or hardware failures.

  2. Accessibility and Flexibility: With cloud backups, your data is accessible from anywhere with an internet connection. This flexibility allows for easy collaboration among employees, even when they’re working remotely.

  3. Scalability: Cloud backup solutions can scale with your business needs. Whether you’re a small startup or a large enterprise, you can adjust your storage requirements without the need for significant infrastructure investments.

  4. Automatic Backup: Cloud backups can be automated, reducing the risk of human error associated with manual backups. This ensures that your data is consistently backed up without requiring constant supervision.

  5. Cost Efficiency: Implementing cloud backup solutions can often be more cost-effective than maintaining on-premises backup infrastructure. You can avoid upfront hardware costs and ongoing maintenance expenses.

COSTS

Cloud backup costs start from as little as R300 per year (500GB). This depends on the size of the data that needs to be backed up. Our most popular service is R2,987 per year (5TB).

Backup / Restoring Data Costs

  • SLA Clients with Mainware: No cost to restore data, and we ensure that backups are being completed.
  • Non-SLA Clients: Restoring data starts from R785 + VAT. Non-SLA clients are also responsible for monitoring their backups.

We encourage Non-SLA clients to take a basic remote support SLA with Mainware, starting from R650 + VAT per month. This includes backup monitoring and assistance with data restores.
