In Microsoft Outlook, you can track the delivery and read status of your emails using the “Delivery Receipt” and “Read Receipt” features.

Here are the steps to enable these features:

  1. Open a new email message and click on the “Options” tab.

  2. Under the “Tracking” group, select the “Request a Delivery Receipt” checkbox if you want to be notified when the email has been delivered.

  3. Select the “Request a Read Receipt” checkbox if you want to be notified when the email has been opened and read by the recipient.

  4. Click “Send” to send the email.

Once the email is sent, you can check the delivery and read status of the email by following these steps:

  1. Go to the “Sent Items” folder and select the email that you want to track.

  2. Click on the “Tracking” tab.

  3. Under the “Delivery” section, you can see the delivery status of the email.

  4. Under the “Read” section, you can see the read status of the email. If the recipient has enabled the read receipt feature, you will receive a notification when the email has been read.

Note that not all email clients and servers support the delivery and read receipt features, so it is possible that you may not receive a notification even if the recipient has received or read your email.
