Unleashing the power of technology for your business.

Step-by-step instructions to create a new email address in cPanel:

Log in to your cPanel account. You can usually access it by adding “/cpanel” to the end of your domain name (e.g. yourdomain.com/cpanel).

Scroll down to the “Email” section and click on “Email Accounts”.

In the “Email Accounts” screen, click on “Add Email Account”.

In the “Add Email Account” screen, enter the following information:

Email: The email address you want to create (e.g. john@yourdomain.com)
Password: The password you want to use for this email account
Password (again): Confirm the password you entered
Mailbox Quota: The amount of storage space you want to allocate for this email account. You can choose “Unlimited” or enter a specific amount of storage space in megabytes (MB).

Click on the “Create Account” button to create your new email account.

Once the email account is created, you’ll see it listed under the “Email Accounts” screen. You can click on “Access Webmail” to log in to your new email account via cPanel’s webmail interface.

You can also configure the email account in your preferred email client (e.g. Outlook, Apple Mail) using the email address and password you created in cPanel.

That’s it! You have now successfully created a new email address in cPanel. You can now use it to send and receive emails.
